Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Spices and Herbs: Learning how to use herbs and spices is fundamental to healthy, flavorful cooking as well as being a superb way to add dimension to food without salt, calories, or fat. Explore spices essential to everyday cooking, how to substitute spices, how to keep them fresh, and how to harness their various healing properties. We’ll also play my favorite “Guess This Spice Game” to encourage you to get to know spices and herbs by their color, aroma, and taste.
