I have a list now of things I’m looking for - lots of vegan protein around but hard to find a good clean organic one with the added extras I want and no thickeners … thanks for the vegan collagen info too.
Would you mind sharing the YouTube channel you're currently using for strength training? Since shifting my focus to heavy-lifting, I've had trouble finding something I like that fits, so I'd love recommendations. Anyone else who has one, please share too!
