This is such a great episode! I’ve listened to the previous 2 on protein and it’s exactly where I’m at in my life so these podcasts are godsends. Lots of important information explained really well. Thanks for all your great work Colleen :)

Really useful episode following on from the Protein episodes .

I have a list now of things I’m looking for - lots of vegan protein around but hard to find a good clean organic one with the added extras I want and no thickeners … thanks for the vegan collagen info too.

Would you mind sharing the YouTube channel you're currently using for strength training? Since shifting my focus to heavy-lifting, I've had trouble finding something I like that fits, so I'd love recommendations. Anyone else who has one, please share too!
