Hi Colleen! Can you please elaborate on how to properly "store this in water" in the fridge? I'm just afraid of doing it wrong! 😅 Thanks much!

Thanks for your question. I modified it a bit so it's clearer. Here's what I added "(I’ve also stored it in water in a container, first cutting it into little mozz balls just as you would do for fresh dairy-based mozzarella.)" Does that help?
