So exciting!! I can’t wait to try your recipe! I’ve got my pudding made and I keep feeding it with brandy every week. Third or fourth year in a row I’ve made it. So delicious!! Enjoy your Victorian Christmas celebration!!! (Are you going to light the pudding up before serving? 🔥)

100% going to light it up! :) Can't decide if I want to pour the cognac over the pudding, then light or...what I'm more inclined to do, I think...heat up some cognac in a lil' pot, light it, and pour it on the pudding. It's sooo dramatic that way! :)

Absolutely! Yay!! I think I usually have a small ladle with the cognac, heat the ladle, then gently pour over. First time I did it, the plate didn’t have tall enough sides and the cognac flowed onto the table 😱. Scary for a moment, but that’s how we learn! 😀

Ha love it! Yeah...that's a good tip. Will make sure the pudding is on a large enough plate and something underneath just in case. :) #lessonsandgifts
