I love when you post replays of your Q&As! I can never make the lives, but I always enjoy watching the replays!

One tip that I have for soy curls is to break them up a bit so they aren't huge pieces. Rehydrate them in vegetable broth, then squeeze out the excess liquid once rehydrated (it gives them a better flavor). Then I like to toast them in a skillet (usually with a little oil) to give them a better texture before adding to the final dish!
