This was a great episode! I took notes in the back of your NEW BOOK! Thank you! I’m a senior with osteo and rheumatoid arthritis and the meds I’m on tend to drag me down. I need to track my protein! Colleen, are there any apps you’d recommend for protein tracking?
There are so many out there. I used to use MyFitnessPal, but I'm using MacroFactor now and love it. There's also Cronometer. Those are the big ones. Thanks so much for your kind words!!
What a great episode! I want to take that graphic you shared of the top protein foods and turn it into a table with columns volume and weight too. Bummer that chickpeas are the lowest protein bean, but like you said, that's because they have relatively more other stuff we need too. I'm curious whether soy curls didn't make the list or not something you investigated? I would have thought they'd be as high as tofu or edamame.
This was a PHENOMENAL episode. I can't wait to share it with others and introduce them to your wonderful content.
Thanks so much, Dora!! :)
This is the information I've been looking for. Thank you!
Yay! So glad, Donna. :)
